The Output

When the brand meets the organization, a process starts with the objective of producing an output.

The most obvious output is a product or a service which customers buy. But companies produce output to other company stakeholders as well. What form the output takes, depends on the stakeholders’ point-of-view as well as the stakeholders’ input. For the shareholder, the input can be adding share capital and the company output can be the dividends; for the authorities the input can be setting up a regulatory structure and the output can be collecting taxes; for the employees the input can be their labour and the output can be a steady job or a monthly salary.
